  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for a 24 hour notice. If you’re unable to let us know 24 hours in advance, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service reserved.

    If running late for an appointment, please contact us ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment, however, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled or canceled, with applicable same-day cancellation/reschedule fee applied. This is at the discretion of salon management.

  • If you’re interested in our Hair Extension services, you’ll receive a consultation first before booking the actual reservation. To reserve the hair extension reservation after your consultation, you will need to purchase your hair which is final sale.

  • All opened products are final sale. Unopened unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

  • Our color services are only guaranteed when purchasing the cleanse / condition / treatment regimen recommended by your stylist.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out! If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! 
    After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life!

    We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you
    Adjustments can be performed within 14 days of your initial service date.

    Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.Our color services are only guaranteed when purchasing the cleanse / condition / treatment regimen recommended by your stylist.

  • We do not service guests under the age of 16.
